Although there is no big deal about the sexuality, there are at least five scenes which are in a hotel-room and feature a man and a woman laying in bed together naked. There is lots of cleavage during these scenes and some viewings of the woman's breasts. It looks like sometimes they had sex, but it is never shown or discussed.

A man bites another man. You see some blood dripping. The scene cuts away very quick.
A woman is shot & killed. You see her body laying in a puddle of blood. It turns out this was a dream.
There are several dream sequences which feature a man being killed in an explosion of "rage".
A woman is shot in the chest & killed. It turns out this was a dream.
A man dreams that he tortures his wife with a belt and then breaks her neck, killing her. Quite violent.
Some other violent scenes: a man dreams that he finds a room completely covered in blood and then you see a woman with her wrists cut open with blood gushing out. A man first shoots his wife and then he shoots himself in the head. A man remembers him as a child cutting his leg with a knife. You later see the scars after the flashback. A man is shown laying dead with a scissor in his back which gushes blood out.
